What does load testing NOT evaluate?

Load testing primarily focuses on evaluating a system's performance and behavior under specific conditions, particularly high levels of traffic or data load. Therefore, the evaluation of system stability under high traffic, response times during expected load, and functionality even under low conditions are all critical aspects of load testing.

The ease of use from an end-user perspective, however, falls outside the scope of load testing. This aspect concerns usability and user experience, which are typically assessed through different kinds of testing methods, like usability testing or user experience testing. Such tests evaluate how intuitive and user-friendly the system is, rather than how it performs under various load conditions. Thus, while load testing provides valuable insights regarding performance metrics, it does not encompass user experience evaluations.
